The events on the Community Calendar are posted free of charge to inform the public within the broadcast range of WLIO NBC Lima of community events being sponsored by local non-profit organizations to include (but not limited to) religious groups, fire or police departments, social or activity groups, and government agencies. Generally speaking we do not post regular religous services even with guest speakers.

Please submit all information at least one week prior to the event or any ordering/registration deadline for an event. Two to three weeks prior would be best. The National Model Railroad Association, Miami Valley Division presents the 2016 Dayton Train Show in the Elder Beerman building at the Upper Valley Mall. The mall is located at 1475 Upper Valley Pike in Springfield, Ohio, a short trip from I-70. The building is sizeable and beautiful with a pathway design that draws you through the whole show. The show dates are November 5 at 11am-5pm and 6 at 11am-4pm. General Admission is $7.00; Active Military is $6 with proper ID; Children 12 and under are free of charge with a paid adult admission. There is plenty of free parking at the Upper Valley Mall.
