Although Rosie O'Donnell and wife Kelli have announced they are splitting as a couple, their r family vacations, formed with friend Gregg Kaminsky, sails on.

A spokesperson for O’Donnell told ET today, “There will be no changes in r family vacations, and it’s business as usual for the company, which is well underway with planning for 2011 and continuing to book for 2010.”

R family vacations, founded by Kelli and travel entrepreneur Kaminsky, provides family vacations for gays, lesbians, their families and friends. Its maiden voyage featuring Rosie, Kelli and their children was documented for the HBO Emmy-nominated documentary "All Aboard! Rosie’s Family Cruise."

Jaycee Dugard reportedly gave authorities a false name and became defensive under questioning in the hours before her alleged kidnapper, Phillip Garrido, was arrested.

A report by California's Inspector General goes as follows: On August 26, Dugard initially identified herself to Garrido’s parole agent as “Alyssa” and said she was the mother of two younger girls with her.

When the parole agent continued to question her, she became “defensive and agitated, wanting to know why the parole agent was interrogating them.” She said she knew Garrido was a registered sex offender, but added that he was “a changed man and a great person who was good with her kids.”

Michael Jackson's father is trying to obtain an allowance from the late singer's estate.

ET has obtained court documents filed by an attorney for Joe Jackson in Los Angeles on Friday, in which the 81-year-old is seeking an allowance from his son's estate.

The papers state that Jackson "has been without support since the death of his son…," and "is in urgent need [of] funds to maintain his household."

Singer Usher is now officially a single man.

The Associated Press reports that Usher's divorce from former wife Tameka Raymond was made official on Wednesday.

Divorce papers that were filed by Usher back in June stated that the marriage was "irretrievably broken" and "there [was] no reasonable hope of reconciliation." Usher also revealed that the two actually separated in July 2008 and had been living apart since then.

The A&E cable network has announced the premiere date for the Jackson family reality show.

A&E has announced that "The Jacksons: A Family Dynasty" will debut on December 13 and focus on Jackie, Jermaine, Tito and Marlon Jackson as the four brothers get together and gear up for a concert tour.

The show will also cover the Jackson brothers' lives coping with the untimely death of Michael Jackson. It is unclear if the King of Pop's children will appear in the show.

Levi tells ET: "I'm glad I gave him something to talk about on his show. Obviously it's good that I'm on there."

On Thursday's "Tonight Show," Conan said he'd woken up to "shocking news." "Apparently the tweets that we read were counterfeit," Conan said referring to the skit he did that used quotes from a Levi impersonator. "They were written by a clever impostor posing as the witty Levi Johnston. And the real Levi is very angry with us now."

"Dancing with the Stars" can take a toll on the contestants. Now Kathy Ireland has revealed the secret pain she's been suffering since doing the show!

Taking to her Twitter account, Kathy states: "...the truth is, after my little spin on DWTS I'm going to have knee surgery."

She adds that the reason she kept her pain a secret was because she didn't want pity. "Did not want people to know during voting process because sympathy votes and drama are not my thing," she writes.

It's the question making headlines -- will Oprah Winfrey pack up her long-running number one talk show and move it to her own soon-to-be launched cable network?

"She has not made a decision yet," Oprah's production company told ET in a statement. "As she has previously stated, she'll be making an announcement before the end of the year."

Meanwhile, CBS Television Distribution added, "Nothing has changed. The decision is Oprah's to make. As we have stated repeatedly, we love Oprah and if she wants to continue her show then we want to continue to be in business with her."

'A Single Man' is Singular Sensation at Screening in LA - Fri, 06 Nov 2009 07:21:00 -0800

'A Single Man' was screened Thursday night during the Closing Night Gala of the American Film Institute Festival. The movie, based on Christopher Isherwood’s novel, marks fashion designer Tom Ford’s directorial debut.

Tom told ET, "It's the kind of thing that you dream about. You're not sure if it'll ever really happen and then when it does, it's absolutely surreal." New to the process of movie-making, he admitted, "Editing surprised me. It wasn't hard, I loved it, but I really...didn't understand what could happen in an editing room."

Colin Firth, who plays the lead character George, received a BAFTA Award for Humanitarianism directly after the screening. Tom praised the star, saying, "Colin as an actor, he is so subtle and nuanced and he can communicate without moving a thing on his face. He can really telegraph what his character is feeling and I think he inhabited this role beautifully…"

The British Academy of Film and Television swam to the other side of the pond to honor some of Hollywood's leading talents at the BAFTFA/LA Britannia Awards on Thursday night.

Governor Arnold Schwarzennegger had the honor of presenting the legendary Kirk Douglas with the Britannia Award for Worldwide Contribution to Filmed Entertainment. Douglas offered advice to aspiring actors, saying, "Stay out of acting. It's too difficult. But, if you must be an actor, give it your all."

Actor Colin Firth, who was honored for his humanitarian efforts, had such a busy night, rushing from a screening of his film 'A Single Man' to the awards, "I forgot my pants. We had to go back across town," he revealed to ET. He was happy to report that the film was "warmly received." It was his "first time ever at an event at the Chinese Theater, which is quite something. I've never been there for any other reason than…when I was a kid I went and put my hand in John Wayne's handprint."

Because of its new Friday timeslot, there is some buzz that the fourth season of "Ugly Betty" may be the final season. So, ET checked in with series' star America Ferrera to find out if that should be the case, does she want to see Betty turn into a swan?

"I have always [seen the character] as transformative," she tells ET. "A caterpillar who has to grow into her own skin -- into the version of herself that she is most comfortable with. I never see Betty turning into a supermodel, or one of a million cookie-cutter girls. I do see her as blossoming into a more mature version of herself."

That said, sometime this season, Betty finally gets her braces off, and she has already started dressing more chicly for her new job as a non-poncho-wearing assistant editor.

Last March, Oprah Winfrey appeared on "The Ellen DeGeneres Show" to grant one of Ellen's greatest wishes -- to appear on the cover of O magazine --and only ET was with the two talk-show hosts moments before Ellen's shoot!

Lady O greets Ellen before the shoot and thanks her for participating. Ellen returns the gratitude, pointing out that it was she who wanted to grace the cover of the mag that almost always has Oprah's image on the cover.

Ellen's cover appears in the December issue of O.
