Allen County property owners still have a chance to question their recent property appraisals. County auditor Rhonda Eddy discussing with the Lima exchange club, the recent property valuations. Eddy and property appraisers recently finished a series of meetings with residents questioning the new property valuations. More than 16 hundred people presented questions regarding around 34 hundred property appraisals. Even though the meetings are over, property owners can contest their valuations between January first and March 31st.
