CLEVELAND (AP) - A coroner has identified a second victim among the bodies found at a Cleveland home in recent days. Telacia Fortson's mother says the 31-year old disappeared in June. The remains of at least 11 people have been found on the property of Anthony Sowell.
COLUMBUS, Ohio (AP) - Casino developer and poker champ Lyle Berman has staked a claim to all four of the casinos approved by state voters on Tuesday. LEBANON, Ohio (AP) - A former Ohio man has been arrested near Chicago, accused of abuse of a corpse in disposing of a man's body in southwest Ohio two years ago. A prosecutor says Ermek Abdildaev helped dump the body of a Russian immigrant who went missing in Cincinnati in 2000, along with $27,000 from his bank account.
ATLANTA (AP) - Fewer customers were downing sandwiches from Arby's and Wendy's in the third quarter. Still, the Ohio-based company for the two fast-food chains says their now-year-old combination helped boost profit and revenues from a year ago, when they were two separate entities.
