COLUMBUS, Ohio (AP) - Ohio's unemployment rate has gone up for the first time in three months, to 10.5 percent in October from 10.1 percent in September. SPRINGFIELD, Ohio (AP) - An Ohio woman attempted to commit suicide immediately after her conviction on charges that she abused her five adopted children, accusations she denied.
