CLEVELAND (AP) - A grand jury has indicted Cleveland 'House of Horrors' suspect Anthony Sowell (SOH'-wehl) on dozens of charges, including the murders of 11 women. Prosecutors plan to seek the death penalty and say they expect much of the case to hinge on three women who survived alleged attacks by Sowell.
MUNICH (AP) - A German court has heard sobbing testimony from the son of a Nazi death camp victim in the second day of a trial for John Demjanjuk (dem-YAHN'-yuk). The retired Ohio autoworker denies any role in the deaths of Jews at the camp, claiming he's been mistaken for someone else.
CLEVELAND (AP) - An infant has died of her injuries, nearly two weeks after a Cleveland house fire that killed her father and two other children. Fire officials tell The Plain Dealer Jessica Rentas and the others were trapped when the blaze in the home's kitchen cut off their escape route.
INDEPENDENCE, Ohio (AP) - Cavaliers superstar Shaquille O'Neal says he just hopes friend Tiger Woods is OK after the golfer's weekend car crash outside his home. O'Neal, who owns a Florida home not far from Woods, today was critical of the rumors swirling about the accident.
