Former Allen County Employee Heading For Trial - 2/4/2010

Balo is still charged with theft by deception, a fourth degree felony. She is accused of keeping her ex-husband on her health insurance policy even after the divorce was finalized. The county discovered the discrepancy after an audit of the system. Balo faces 18 months in prison. Her trial is scheduled for February 22nd.
