Ohio Supreme Court Judge Makes Stop In Lima - 7/29/2010

Chief justice Eric Brown was appointed to the high court by governor Ted Strickland in April following the death of Thomas Moyer. Brown is filling Moyer's unexpired term and is up for re-election this fall. Before justice Moyer died, he was exploring the idea of having justices appointed rather than voted into office by Ohio voters. Brown says it's a discussion worth having.


Brown also revealing today a set of his grandparents lived in Lima and he still has relatives here. He's opposed in November by sitting associate justice Maureen O'Connor.
