MAPLE BOURBON GLAZED HAM

Maple Bourbon Glazed Ham

3 T. Maple syrup

2 T Bourbon

1 T Soy Sauce

2 crushed garlic cloves

1 t. Dijon mustard.

Preheat oven to 325F. Place ham flat side down in roasting pan. Place ham in oven according to directions on the packaging. Mix ingredients together in bowl. Pour or brush over ham in the last 20 minutes in the oven. Remove ham from oven when it reaches an internal tempature of 140F.
