SESAME CRUSTED CHICKEN BREAST WITH APPLE SALSA**
4 4-6 ounce chicken breasts
1/4 teaspoon cumin
4 teaspoons black sesame seeds
1 tablespoon margarine
1 Granny Smith apple, cored and chopped
1 16-ounce jar salsa
Pound chicken breasts and sprinkle with cumin and sesame seeds. In a medium-sized skillet, melt the margarine and sauté chicken breasts for 4-6 minutes or until the internal temperature reach 165 degrees.
In a small bowl, combine jarred salsa and chopped apples. Serve over each chicken breast. Serves 4.
