WEEKEND ANCHOR/REPORTER

Greetings West Central Ohio!  I'm thrilled to be the newest member of the
NBC Lima news team.  You can find me anchoring your weekend edition
broadcasts on Saturday and Sunday and reporting during the week. 
I come to Ohio from North Carolina where I worked as an anchor for
TV33-a CNN Headline News Local Edition in Shelby.  After two years of
barbeque and sweet tea I'm happy to be back in the Mid- West.  I'm a proud
"Hoosier" and 2005 graduate of Indiana University's School of Journalism. 
I got hooked on the news bug while visiting New York City.  On a
July morning in 2000 I stood in the crowd at Rockefeller Center and watched
a live taping of the "Today" show.  After seeing Katie Couric and Matt Lauer
in action-I knew I had found my calling -and the rest is history.
Maryland is the state I call home and Washington D.C. is where
you'll find all my favorite
sports teams.  Go Redskins! Go Nats'!
I enjoy working out, watching old movies and going to the ballet.
