Hello Lima! I'm your Weekday 6pm Co-Anchor and Reporter. I began my career here in Lima in December of 2005 as your Weekend Weather Anchor/Reporter. After six months, I was promoted to Weekend Anchor and Reporter and now, I am happy to be joining you every weeknight at 6pm with Jeff Fitzgerald as a Co-Anchor of the News Journal.

I grew up in Dayton (Miamisburg), Ohio and graduated in June of '05 with a Bachelor's Degree in Broadcast News from Ohio University's E.W. Scripps School of Journalism. But college wasn't where I found my passion in television news.

My first opportunity in TV was in Junior High reporting for a monthly educational show, and then in High School I anchored, reported and produced a weekly television show covering anything from high school sports and happenings to community affairs. It was during those four years that I knew what I wanted to do with the rest of my life. So I packed my bags and headed to OU where I took classes and worked as a, News Anchor, Weather Anchor and Reporter for Athens Midday. I also was fortunate enough to hold an internship in the summer of 2004 at WHIO-TV in Dayton, Ohio that further developed my skills as a news reporter.

So besides covering your local news what do I do? Well, I love going out with friends and family to relax and have a good time and, for me, a good movie is hard to pass up - I usually enjoy comedies and dramas. I am learning how to golf, which is really enjoying and challenging at the same time! When it comes to television, you can usually find me watching the CNN and NBC, but if those aren't on, my favorites would be any Law & Order, "Reality" TV, Grey’s Anatomy, Heroes, Will & Grace and Sex & the City re-runs!
